1. Classes have a maximum capacity of 4 in order to maintain 14’ radius requirement to practice yoga without a mask.
2. Classes all run for 4 weeks with the same small, stable cohorts. You must pre-register for classes (no drop-ins).

3. Participants will enter and exit the studio one at a time, and will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entering the studio.
4. Masks must be worn into the studio and can only be removed once in your assigned spot.
5. The heal (v.) studio has two bathrooms. Each will be disinfected following usage.
6. Each participant will be asked to limit themselves to bringing in only a mat and water bottle (or other essential items) and to leave other personal belongings (coats, etc) in their car.
7. There will be no hands-on assists or alignments.
8. Studio will be completely sanitized following each class.
9. Each day before class participants will be asked to answer the following questions:
Have you had face to face contact with someone exposed to or infected with COVID-19? (if yes, you will be asked to complete appropriate quarantine requirements before returning to class)
Do you have any potential symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, chills, sore throat, etc.? (if yes, you will not be able to return until receiving a negative test result)
Have you recently traveled outside of RI/MA?
If you have recently returned from a state with a COVID-19 positivity rate of higher than 5%, you must complete appropriate quarantine requirements before returning to class.

Once you learn how to stay present in your body, rather than getting stuck in your thoughts, you'll develop so much more control over your anxiety.
Full disclosure: MEDITATION TAKES PRACTICE.
In the beginning you may find that your thoughts are racing or that you're having trouble settling down or paying attention. Do not be discouraged - this is normal. The ability to meditate and thereby escape from the running commentary in your head is a learned skill that must be practiced. But it is doable, and over time you will retrain yourself (and literally the structure of your brain) to stay focused in the present moment, rather than attending to thoughts as soon as they arise.

Yoga practice will focus on increasing awareness, strength, flexibility and balance. Longer-held poses will serve to release chronic stress and holding patterns from connective tissue, increase circulation in the joints, and unblock stuck energy in the body.
NO. You will not come within 6 feet of any member or instructor at any point in time. Mats are spaced 14 feet apart and participants enter and exit one at a time.
